CNP, Certified Nutritional Practitioner

Cranial-Sacral Therapist

Cranial sacral healer at The Den Wellness Collective, using subtle techniques to support the nervous system and relieve tension.

I had felt unwell for most of my childhood and into my teenage years, but it had become particularly unbearable around age 18. I endured chronic fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, and numerous other debilitating symptoms, including anxiety and depression. After countless visits to my doctor, she finally decided to take a closer look at my gut. The tests revealed severe malnutrition and damage to my small intestines from Celiac Disease that had gone undiagnosed for years. The only advice I received was to “avoid gluten,” with no further explanation or educational resources on managing this autoimmune condition.

Although cutting out gluten provided some relief, I still felt far from fully recovered. My symptoms were less intense but still present, and I lacked crucial knowledge about how celiac disease impacted my physical and mental health. I was determined not to settle for a life of mediocrity. I wanted to genuinely heal and achieve optimal health.

This marked the beginning of a 13-year journey into how nutrition profoundly impacts physical, emotional, and mental well-being. My mission became clear: to help others discover solutions beyond what conventional medicine offers. I am passionate about sharing how I transformed from living with chronic pain and fatigue to living a vibrant life, full of energy and new perspectives. This journey has become my calling and I am dedicated to guiding others on their path to health and wellness.
