Support Groups.
Our support groups at The Den Wellness Collective offer a nurturing space for individuals navigating similar challenges or experiences. Facilitated by a compassionate leader, these groups address shared topics such as systemic oppression, identity exploration, grief and loss, mental health challenges, and relationship dynamics. Peer support fosters belonging and validation, encouraging open sharing of stories, struggles, and successes. Facilitators provide structure and guidance, ensuring everyone feels heard. Through mutual empathy and encouragement, participants gain coping strategies, build connections, and grow within a compassionate community. Facilitated by a professional from our mental health team, the 60-minute guided sessions offer structure, support, and coping strategies, followed by casual social time to deepen connections and build community.
