I love the process of co-regulating, breathing together, and hopefully experiencing a collective state change. In particular, I love sharing practices that use the body as a resource for emotional regulation. That, hopefully over time, allows one to feel comfortable inside their body, safe to quiet their mind and be curious and gentle with whatever comes up.
